Behive – lounging taken to a higher level :

As Extremis' international success grew, Dirk Wynants increasingly got inspiration from abroad. His trips to the Middle East with its tea houses where people settle down on carpets and cushions to talk and enjoy a glass of tea, prompted him to create Behive: unique lounge furniture accommodating twelve to twenty people.

A round trampoline suspended sixty centimetres off the floor invites you to kick off your shoes and to relax, either stretched out, upright, or leaning against the cushions. As the trampoline conforms to your body shape, it offers absolute relaxing pleasure. Sitting around the central table or leaning against the comfortable side cushions... you immediately imagine yourself in one of the Arabian Nights' stories.

Centre of attention :

Its size or special design in itself is enough to make Behive a real eye-catcher. And with its four exits it is furthermore very easy to get in and out of this semi-closed structure. Once you have had the pleasure of enjoying its comfort, you can no longer do without. So it comes as no surprise that Behive soon turns into a real hive of activity, where everyone wants to secure his place.

Behive is often found in hotels, near beach bars, and at lounge events. But this mini-universe can just as well be used in business environments: a meeting or brainstorming session in Behive is a truly unforgettable experience!
